Heritage District
Downtown Gilbert is known by the locals as the Heritage District. With a collection of more than 30 restaurants, this fun and vibrant – and eclectic – spot is known as our locals living room.

Diverse shops and stores feature all types of products and services. There are one-of-a-kind, chic boutiques and specialty purveyors that sell furniture, locally-crafted art, antiques, seasonal gifts and hands-on experiences you can’t find anywhere else.
Mural clad walls, glowing benches, pocket parks, and an illuminated water tower are a few standouts that can be enjoyed in the District. Not to mention, an established performing arts theatre and concert venue, historical museum, and gallery to feed your cultural side.
Public Parking is easily accessible and free in the Heritage District.
