Gilbert, Ariz.- Gilbert, Arizona is thrilled to welcome leading professional services organization, Deloitte, as it announces an expansion of its Arizona footprint with a new U.S. Delivery Center for technology solutions. The initial $34 million investment will result in the occupancy of 102,000-square-feet of space at The Commons at Rivulon, a development at Gilbert Road and the Santan Loop 202 freeway. The project is expected to generate 2,500 jobs in the Gilbert community over multiple phases.

Deloitte will be located in The Commons at Rivulon, a new multi-building creative office neighborhood now under construction along Rivulon Boulevard, which caters to technology, creative and collaborative tenants seeking large, open and flexible space in an integrated campus environment. The dedicated neighborhood features outdoor common spaces, access to walking paths, and nearby retail and restaurants. Rivulon provides excellent visibility and access to over 1 million people within a 30-minute commute.
